Living Well With Dementia
Weekly sessions designed for people with mild to moderate dementia or cognitive impairment. Service users and their carers will be able to participate in a range of stimulating and purposeful activities that promote good physical health and mental wellbeing, such as crafts, cookery, nature-based activities, games, puzzles and gentle exercise sessions whilst maintaining their socialising skills.

If you feel your loved one could benefit from interaction with others, this may be the place for them to be. Not forgetting yourself, meet others with similar needs and concerns, receiving judgement-free advice and support where needed. We provide Cognitive Stimulation Therapy – a discussion based group designed to be good fun whilst also stimulating and challenging the brain for people with dementia.
Who can use this service?
Anyone with a dementia diagnosis, along with their carer.
How are services delivered?
Weekly sessions delivered face to face in a group setting.
