Northumberland Family Hubs
If you are a parent or carer of children or young people between 0-19 years old, or 25 with additional needs - we are here to support you. Our hubs are buzzing with FREE activities for families! We also help families find and get support from different services within your local community. Family Hub staff work with many health professionals to support all aspects of maternity, childhood development and adolescence work; including parenting and relationship packages, home learning programs and financial advice. We also offer online and virtual sessions too.
