Autism In Mind
Autism In Mind Northumberland is an exciting new peripatetic and online post-diagnostic service for autistic adults (who do not have a learning disability) and live in Northumberland. We deliver our Me, Myself & Autism course in person and on-line. This is an 8 weeks self-awareness course for autistic adults which looks at what it really means to be autistic.

Anyone who is currently accessing therapies with mental health professionals within the CMHT or is having regular contact from the Crisis Team will need to finish their therapies and interventions prior to starting a Me, Myself & Autism.
Who can use this service?
Adults 18+, living in Northumberland who already have an diagnosis of Autism but not a learning disability.
