NCC: Housing and Estates Management
We support the management of Northumberland County Councils 8,500 stock of tenanted homes, the Estates Team provide a proactive service in supporting customers sustain their tenancies. This includes supporting customers with a change in circumstances, updating changes within the tenancy and households. Mutual Exchanges, Property Inspections, Successions, Terminations of Tenancy, Joint to Sole, Sole to Joint applications and Estate Walkabouts.
