Adapt (NE)

Adapt (NE) offers a range of community services to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, mental health problems and those who live in a rural location. Transport services include a dial-a-ride bus service and the Getabout scheme. Our community hub, open Tuesday to thursday 10am - 1pm, is fully accessible and has a Changing Places toilet. We also offer a general advocacy service. Please note we cannot take referrals through Frontline for advocacy. Please visit our website: adapt-ne.org.uk for referral instructions.

For social prescribing services please refer directly into :Northumbria PCN: Social Prescribers or West Northumberland PCN: Living Well Coordination Service (Social Prescribing). Adapt (NE) also delivers Healthwatch Northumberland, again you can refer into them directly.
