NCC: Gas Safe Fund
Northumberland County Council and Foundations Independent Living Trust through the Gas Safe Charity provide a fund to identify and provide practical gas safety interventions. The grant can cover the replacement, repair or servicing of gas appliances and gas installations to reduce the risk of illness and injuries that put the safety of people at risk in their own homes. Grants are up to a maximum value of £500 per intervention per year. To be eligible households would have an income under £36K per year or have a disability/health

Who can use this service?
Residents in private accommodation who have a household income of less than £36,000 gross pa or has a disability/health condition and needs their gas appliances repaired, serviced or replaced including boilers, fires, cookers, heaters etc. Both mains gas and LPG appliances are eligible.
