Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service - The King's Trust Team Programme

The King’s Trust Team programme is a 12-week personal development and employability programme for 16-25-year-olds, who are not in education, employment or training. The course leads to a nationally recognised certificate in employment, teamwork and community skills. By the end of the 12-weeks, participants will have improved confidence and social skills, have created their own CV, have work experience for their CV, have explored possible career paths and will have completed community projects. Ultimately, the course aims to help young people find their next positive steps.

During the course, participants will work on a series of modules including: Teamwork ,Work Experience, Planning for Personal Development,  Supporting others in the Community, Presentation Skills, Career Planning and Community Projects.

Young people who are NEET (Not in education, employment or Training) aged 16-25.

In person, at West Hartford Fire Station.
