Newbiggin Community Boxing

Newbiggin Boxing is a community-based boxing and fitness service offering inclusive, non-contact and club boxing sessions for adults and young people. We support physical health, confidence and emotional wellbeing in a safe, welcoming, fully equipped gym. Our qualified coaching team is DBS checked, first aid trained and safeguarding trained. Sessions include beginner fitness, female-only classes, junior and senior boxing, and some free community sessions. We also welcome referrals for young people and adults who may benefit from structured support, mentoring and improved wellbeing.
