In England and Scotland we own and manage around 125,000 units of accommodation which makes us one of the largest housing associations in the country. In the North-East, our portfolio includes houses, bungalows, flats, studio apartments, and specialist independent living for the over 55s. We have a wide range of housing choice to suit your needs. We have a long history with the military and are committed to providing safe, affordable, and quality housing and opportunities for Armed Forces veterans and their families.
