The Ripple Pond

An online service for the families supporting a loved one who was injured or experienced trauma in the British Armed Forces. We offer: online wellbeing workshops, peer support communities, information and events. If you're navigating it, we will help talk about it. We believe everyone in the family deserves to be seen, heard and supported.

Further info

When a serving person or veteran is injured, the impact doesn’t stop with them. It ripples through the whole family. At The Ripple Pond, we’re here for the people living alongside that injury. Whether you’re a partner, parent, sibling, adult child or chosen family member of an injured serving person or veteran in the British Armed Forces, you have a place here.

We understand that your loved one’s physical or psychological injury can affect your relationships, your family life, your wellbeing and your future too. Your experience matters, and you deserve support in your own right.

The Ripple Pond is a community where you can meet people who understand, share experiences without judgement, and find support, connection and practical resources for the journey ahead.

Membership is free. There’s no time limit, and there’s no need to provide proof of your loved one’s injury.

Because when one person is injured, the whole family can feel the ripple.
